This impressive Nakahouse residence has been designed by XTEN Architecture and is located within the neighborhood of Hollywood Hills in Southeastern Santa Monica Mountains.

The house was conceived as a singular sculptural piece featuring a modern architecture, and was located on the middle of the nature, being observed from distance as a magnificent home positioned in an exclusive neighborhood. The Nakahouse is actually build on an existing structure with a down slope characteristic, so the architects have started to build the house on an existing footprint and thought about bold structure combined with a minimalist interior design, which is all about white with a few spots of color in some rooms.

Its location allows some incredible views of Los Angeles, that can be admired from inside the house but also from the terraces, which are additions to the kitchen and bedroom suites and provides enough space to be used as an outdoor dining. The house features some large floor to wall glass windows, to maximize the views and to allow the natural light to invade the space and enhance its fresh and minimalist interior design. The access to the rooftop Jacuzzi is made via a steel staircase, and it can also be used as a entertainment area.
